30 Calories Coffee Drink: Easy, Dairy-Free and So Yummy!
Ingredients
⅔cupstrong brewed regular coffee or decaf (chilled), I like using vanilla or hazelnut, see prep tips below
⅓cupunsweetened vanilla coconut milk, vanilla almond/coconut milk or unsweetened vanilla/almond milk, I like Blue Diamond, Nutpods or Califia Farms
1cupice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2packagesTruvia, Stevia or Splenda, to taste
Instructions
In a blender, add chilled coffee and all other ingredients including 1 pkg. of sweetener. Blend on high until all the ice is thoroughly crushed and the drink is smooth. Taste. Add 1 more sweetener, if desired. Blend again. Pour into a glass or travel cup. Add a straw and enjoy!
