A Luscious Summertime Fresh Fruit Salad Meal
Ingredients

fresh strawberries,
hulled and sliced

fresh blueberries

Knudsen’s Low-fat Cottage Cheese
or your favorite

tablespoon
walnuts or almonds,
chopped

dried blueberries, cranberries or raisins
Instructions
In a cereal size bowl, add watermelon, strawberries and blueberries.
Top with a ½ cup serving of cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with walnuts and dried blueberries.
