BEST Skinny Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Ingredients

diced or shredded cooked chicken breasts
from a store-bought cooked rotisserie chicken.(skin removed), see shopping tips

hard-boiled eggs,
grated

carrots,
diced small
⅓
cup
celery,
diced small
⅓

onions,
sweet variety, minced

cup
Best Foods/Hellman’s light mayonnaise
A little salt and lemon pepper or black pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Remove skin from chicken and diced chicken breast. If desired use dark meat, too.
In a large bowl, add the chicken and all of the remaining ingredients. Mix well to combine.
This will safely keep in your refrigerator for 3-5 days. This recipe can easily be cut in half or doubled if needed.
