Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread each pita with ½ tablespoon Caesar dressing. Keep pita whole.
Sprinkle ½ cup chopped chicken evenly over the dressing.
Sprinkle each with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
Line a baking pan or cookie sheet with foil. Place the 4 pita pizzas on the pan. Bake for about 8 minutes until pita is golden and cheese is melted.
In the meantime, in a large bowl, add lettuce and tomato. Toss with ⅓ cup salad dressing. Add more, if desired.
Place each pizza on a plate. Top each with salad and sprinkle on top of each ½ tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Serve at once with a fork and knife.
