(Copy-Cat) Cheesecake Factory® Santa Fe Salad Dressing Made Skinny
Ingredients
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (stems removed), lightly packed
⅓ cup peanut butter (I used no salt, chunky)
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoonshoney
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
¼-½ teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce, to taste
1 cup Skinny Ranch Dressing
Instructions
In a blender, add all the ingredients, except the ranch dressing. Blend until smooth. Pour into a small bowl. Be sure to use a rubber spatula to scrape down all the sides and add to bowl. Stir in ranch dressing and mix well to thoroughly combine.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should keep about 1 week.
