Deliciously Healthy, Orange Dreamsicle Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • cup orange juice
  • cup light vanilla almond milk, reduced-fat or fat-free milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coconut milk soy milk or reduced-fat milk (1%)
  • 1 scoop  Vital Whey® vanilla protein powder, see shopping tip
  • ½ cup orange slices, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 packages Stevia, Splenda, Equal or any sugar substitute or regular sugar, to taste
  • cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for about 1 minute, until the ice is crushed and smoothie becomes frothy.
