Prepare the recipe for The BEST Skinny Ranch Dressing. This recipe uses ¾ cup ranch dressing. Refrigerate the remaining ranch for at least a week or two.
In a blender or mini chop, add ¼ cup ranch dressing, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and cayenne pepper. Pulse until well blended. Pour into a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ½ cup ranch dressing and honey. Whisk until well blended.
Pour dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken.
Cilantro Ranch Dressing will keep for up to 1 week refrigerated.
