Easy, Skinny Maple Cappuccino (Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free)
Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) vanilla, hazelnut, or regular brewed coffee or decaf
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Brew coffee strong. I used my Keurig machine and set it for an 8-ounce size cup. You can also brew in a regular coffee machine.
Add almond milk and maple syrup to a separate coffee cup. Mix to combine. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds. Transfer to a blender and process on high for 15-20 seconds. If you don’t have a blender, add almond milk and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Whisk continuously with a wire whisk until foamy.
Pour hot brewed coffee into a large mug. Pour blended milk on top. Add a dash of cinnamon.
