Garlic Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups broccoli cut into florets
  • teaspoons sesame oil or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan. Add garlic, broccoli, soy sauce and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until heated and still a bit crunchy. Remove from heat and add to serving plate.
  • In the same pan, toast the sesame seed for about 1½ minutes until browned.
  • Sprinkle seeds all over the broccoli and serve.
