Garlic Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry Side Dish
Ingredients

broccoli cut into florets
1½
teaspoons
sesame oil or olive oil
2
cloves garlic, chopped
1
tablespoon
reduced-sodium soy sauce
2
teaspoons
sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
Heat oil in pan. Add garlic, broccoli, soy sauce and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until heated and still a bit crunchy. Remove from heat and add to serving plate.
In the same pan, toast the sesame seed for about 1½ minutes until browned.
Sprinkle seeds all over the broccoli and serve.
