Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
Cook ravioli in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Make your own bread crumbs: Toast 2 slices of bread. Add to blender or food processor to create crumbs. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. In another small bowl, beat 2 eggs.
Lightly spray inside of the air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Dip cooked ravioli into eggs, then dip each side into bread crumb mixture. Place breaded ravioli in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set your cook time to 8 minutes. No need to turn ravioli halfway. Repeat with remaining ravioli.
Serve at once with a side of pizza sauce or marinara sauce, for dipping.
