Jamba Juice’s Pumpkin Smash Smoothie is Back and So is My Home Version

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt, see shopping tips
  • ¼  cup canned pumpkin, see storage tips
  • ½  cup light vanilla soy milk, I used Silk brand or light vanilla coconut milk, almond milk or reduced-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1-2 packages Truvia, Stevia, Splenda or your favorite sugar substitute, to taste
  • ¼  teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Divide smoothie among 2 glasses.
