¼ cup salsa, I like Pace Chunky Salsa, mild or medium
Instructions
In a large nonstick pan, add ground beef or turkey, onions, and garlic. Sauté together until meat is browned. Bring to sink, pour in a colander, and drain off any excess fat. Add beef mixture back to pan.
Add taco seasoning, water and mix well. Bring to a boil, turn heat to simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
To Make One Taco Lettuce Wrap: Add ¼ cup taco meat on top of the lettuce leaf. Top with 2 tablespoons chopped tomato. Drizzle 1 teaspoon ranch dressing or sour cream and 1 teaspoon salsa over the top.
