Nancy’s Skinny Curry Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup  The Best Skinny Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1-2 packages sugar substitute, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon + ¾ teaspoon curry powder (Madras)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Best Skinny Ranch Dressing. This recipe uses ½ cup. Store the remaining ranch dressing in the fridge for at least a week or two.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. This dressing will keep in fridge for at least a week.
  • Makes 1 cup
