⅓ cup scallions (green onions), chopped (use entire scallion)
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1½ teaspoons anchovy paste (optional), see shopping tip
1 teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, mini chop or blender, add ¼ cup ranch dressing, yogurt or sour cream, parsley, scallions, tarragon, garlic, and anchovy paste, if desired. Blend well.
Pour mixture into a medium bowl, Stir in remaining 1 cup ranch dressing, lemon juice, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
Green Goddess Dressing will keep in the fridge for at least 1 week.
