Nostalgic Green Goddess Dressing Made Skinny

Ingredients
  

  • cups  Best Skinny Ranch Dressing, divided
  • ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • cup scallions (green onions), chopped (use entire scallion)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
  • teaspoons anchovy paste (optional), see shopping tip
  • 1 teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, mini chop or blender, add ¼ cup ranch dressing, yogurt or sour cream, parsley, scallions, tarragon, garlic, and anchovy paste, if desired. Blend well.
  • Pour mixture into a medium bowl, Stir in remaining 1 cup ranch dressing, lemon juice, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Green Goddess Dressing will keep in the fridge for at least 1 week.
