In a small bowl, mix together all seasoning ingredients. Spread out on a plate.
Pat chicken breasts dry. Dip each piece into seasonings and coat on each side. Be sure each breast is coated well.
Heat olive oil in a large, nonstick pan. When the pan is hot, add chicken, cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Using a spatula, turn chicken over, cover and continue to cook about 3-4 minutes, until chicken is done.
