1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained, see prep tips
1 (15 oz.) can petite chopped tomatoes
A little black pepper
Dash of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add potatoes and onions to a microwave safe bowl. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until potatoes are slightly soft.
Add oil to a large, nonstick pan. Add potatoes, onions, and sausages. Saute for 4 minutes. Stir often. Add sauerkraut and tomatoes. Mix well. Add a little black pepper and a small dash of red pepper flakes. Mix well. Cover and turn heat to simmer. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until all heated and potatoes are soft.
