1 cup Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix (use the dry mix, do not make stuffing)
¾ cup onions, diced
½ cup barbecue sauce, divided
1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, stuffing mix, onions, ¼cupbarbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Lawry’s seasoning, garlic powder and a little black pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Place meatloaf mixture in the center of the baking pan. Shape into a 12 x 3 inch loaf by hand.
Spread remaining ¼ cup barbecue sauce evenly over top of loaf and down sides.
Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut into 12 slices.
