Skinny Greek-Style Hummus Dip
Ingredients

(7 ounce, about 1 cup) container
prepared hummus,

cucumber, chopped
⅓
cup
tomatoes, chopped

pitted kalamata olives, or black olives, chopped
3
tablespoons
fat-free feta cheese, crumbled
1
teaspoon
red wine vinegar
or any white vinegar drizzled over top of dip, optional

Instructions
Using a rubber spatula, spread hummus in shallow serving dish about 7-8 inches in diameter.
Top the hummus with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Serve with pita chips and cucumber rounds, if desired.
