Skinny Orange Dream

Ingredients
  

  • cup orange juice
  • ⅓  cup light vanilla soy milk (I like Silk Light Vanilla Soy milk) or light vanilla almond milk, reduced-fat or fat-free milk, if desired
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 packages Stevia, Splenda, Equal or any sugar substitute or regular sugar, to taste
  • cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for about 1 minute or until the ice is crushed and the smoothie becomes frothy.
