½ cup Roquefort cheese, divided, see shopping tips
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt or fat-free sour cream
½ cup scallions, chopped (green part only) or chopped chives
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Using a blender or food processor, add ¼ cup ranch dressing, ¼ cup Roquefort cheese, yogurt, scallions, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Use the pulse button and blend together a bit.
Transfer to a small bowl. Mix in ½ cup ranch dressing and ¼ cup Roquefort cheese.
Store in a plastic container or jar in the fridge. This dressing will keep for at least 1 week.
