Skinny Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup  Best Skinny Ranch or store-bought light ranch dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper or ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Mini bagel halves, bagel chips, or crackers

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Best Skinny Ranch and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.
  • In a food processor, mini chop or electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, ¼ cup Best Skinny Ranch and lemon juice.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture, remaining ¼ cup Ranch Dressing, salmon, chives, dill, and pepper.
  • Pour dip into a serving bowl.  Serve with bagel chips, toasted mini bagel halves, or crackers.
