Skinny Smoked Salmon Dip

Best Skinny Ranch
or store-bought light ranch dressing

(8 oz.) package
reduced-fat cream cheese

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice

smoked salmon,
finely chopped
1 ½
tablespoon
fresh chives,
minced
1 ½
tablespoons
fresh dill,
minced
½
teaspoon
white pepper
or ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mini bagel halves, bagel chips, or crackers
Instructions
Prepare
Best Skinny Ranch
and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken.
In a food processor, mini chop or electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, ¼ cup Best Skinny Ranch and lemon juice.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese mixture, remaining ¼ cup Ranch Dressing, salmon, chives, dill, and pepper.
Pour dip into a serving bowl. Serve with bagel chips, toasted mini bagel halves, or crackers.
