In a large nonstick stick pan, add ground beef and cook over medium-high heat, to brown. Be sure to break up beef into a crumble as it cooks. Stir in cauliflower rice, olive oil, and garlic. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in ketchup, water, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes or until veggies are soft. Stir often.
