Southwest Chicken Salad with Skinny Salsa Ranch

Ingredients for One Main Course Salad:

romaine lettuce,
chopped

cooked chicken,
diced

corn,
fresh off the cob or frozen and defrosted

tomatoes,
chopped

orange, yellow or red bell pepper,
chopped

avocado,
diced

The BEST Skinny Ranch Dressing (3 ingredients)
or your favorite bottled light ranch dressing

tablespoon
salsa
Instructions
Line a dinner size plate with lettuce. On top of lettuce, add the chicken, corn, tomatoes, bell peppers and avocado. In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and salsa. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
This recipe can be doubled, tripled, and so on.
