Starbucks Eggnog Latte Made Skinny

Ingredients
  

  • cup strong brewed coffee or decaf, see shopping tips
  • cup light eggnog, see shopping tips
  • 1 package Splenda, Equal, Truvia (Stevia) or your favorite sugar substitute
  • Dash of nutmeg, for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee stronger than usual. In a small pot, add light eggnog, sweetener and heat over medium high heat. Stir often until hot.
  • Transfer to a blender and process for about 15-20 seconds until foamy. If you don’t have a blender, don’t worry. Just whisk the mixture in the pot continuously with a wire whisk until foamy.  Pour brewed coffee into a coffee mug and pour hot milk mixture over coffee. Stir to blend. 
  • Top with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
