1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk, see food facts
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder (choose a good quality one like Ghirardelli, Droste, or Scharffen Berger)
2 teaspoons Truvia, Splenda, or Equal (~3 packages)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small pot, add all the ingredients. Using a whisk or spoon, stir together while heating over medium heat. Continue to mix while heating. Don’t worry if there are still a few little clumps of cocoa, they will be dissolved in the blender.
Once hot, pour into blender and whip for 20 seconds. This makes it frothy good!
