Super Healthy and Amazing Beet Hummus
Ingredients

Steamed and Peeled Baby Beets, drained,
see shopping tips or 2 medium (1½ cups) cooked beets, see prep tips

(15 oz) can
garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoon
water

tablespoon
fresh garlic, chopped
1
teaspoon
ground cumin
½
teaspoon
salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired.
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Serve with reduced-fat pita chips or sliced cucumbers, carrots or celery.
